Oh Boarding House 2022: The story follows Sulwon as he takes over his parents’ apartment as the owner and the quirky tenants who live there and romance with one of them.
Sul Won is an unemployed young man and his mother who owns a cheap student dormitory and men who do not have enough money to buy or rent a house on their own.
But when his mother suddenly has to lift her sticks to return to her hometown in the province, she leaves Sul Won in charge of the apartment – becoming the owner of the property.
The residents of the boarding house are a mixed group. They include a high school principal, who also happens to be Sul Won’s cousin.
There’s also Sul Won’s former college friend, and Kim Chun Seo, a high school teacher. Shrinking a number is a third-year Art student with a dream of becoming a cartoonist.
As young men spend more time together, bonds of friendship begin to grow. But when Sul Won finds out that some employers are beginning to like him, Cupid may come calling!
