R.O.O.T.S is a collection of hymns that have grown slowly, penetrating deep into Jimmy’s soul from his youth on.

Influenced by gospel music Jimmy grew up singing in church and at home, each song immersed in the struggle of the past, looking forward to the liberation of heaven, and encouraging us to trust in Jesus here and now.

“This journey has been going on for years, from sharing a vision for dinner with producer and friend, Kyle Lent, to recording my family at My Grandmother’s in June 2018, to recording and writing these songs during the epidemic. I really can’t wait for all of you to finally hear that God has blessed us so we can unite you.

My prayer is that even if you are in the stage of life, you can be encouraged and challenged with words, songs, songs and preparations.
