Our Flag Means Death: Getting their ship together. After trading in the seemingly charmed life of a gentleman for one of a swashbuckling buccaneer, Stede Bonnet becomes captain of the pirate ship Revenge.

In Our Flag Means Death there is a struggling to earn the respect of his potentially mutinous crew, Stede’s fortunes change after a fateful run-in with the infamous Captain Blackbeard. Stede and crew attempt to get their ship together and survive life on the high seas.

The Our Flag Means Death series is based largely on the life of Stede Bonnet. In 1717, Captain Bonnet was an officer who left a comfortable life and family to prove himself a criminal during the Golden Age of Piracy, despite his incompetence.

Embarking on his Revenge ship, Captain Bonnet and his crew are battling to escape the death threats from warships and other bloodthirsty gangsters.

Stede Bonnet, an English scholar who is eager to prove that he can find great wealth and fame alone, leaves his family and spends his fortune building the ship, Revenge, decorating it with all kinds of luxury, and hiring an experienced team, announces. that he is now the captain of the sea.

Also, in Our Flag Means Death, Several months pass, and the workers, bored and annoyed by Stede’s gentle manner and lack of criminal experience, threaten to overthrow him and kill him. To save himself, Sede finds them a ship to plunder.

The ship turns out to be the Royal Navy warship owned by Stede’s childhood hero, Nigel Badminton. Stede invites Nigel and his officers to the boat, and he pretends to be a nobleman. Nigel taunts Stede and calls him depressed;

An angry Stede hits him in the head, causing him to stab himself in the eye with a sword.

The robbers identified themselves and abducted police officers, fleeing before Badminton staff could see what had happened.

Stede’s men withdrew their revolt, thinking that their captain would soon commit suicide.

After accidentally boarding a ship on their island, Stede orders his crew to take a “vacation” so that they can regain power.

The captives are able to escape to the island forest, and Stede, Black Pete, and Oluwande go to fetch them.

As he walks along the beach, Lucius discovers that his colleague “Jim” is actually a woman in disguise. He can’t run away before Jim kills him.

Stede, his men, and the captives were abducted by the islanders and taken to court. Stede, tormented by deadly Badminton ideas, demolishes and confesses to murder; a tribal elder advises him that his fears may come from something deeper.

The men were released but found that their captives had been sold to three other pirates.

Stede improves the system to catch criminals unknowingly and agrees to trade in one of the hostages for another.

As the crew sailed, he made peace with Badminton’s death. Lucius was attacked by Jim, who fainted.

The Pirates secretly follow Revenge under the orders of their captain, Blackbeard.

Stede learns about the “Republic of Pirates”, a criminal area where he hopes to sell the remaining prisoners and introduces himself as the newly formed “Gentleman Pirate”.

On his ship, a black board instructs his first partner Izzy Hands to approach Sdede to request a meeting.

Jim and Oluwande take Sdede to a bar owned by Jackie from Spain, who wants Jim’s head killed by her ex-husband. When Izzy found Stede, he fired later, claiming that his boss could “suck the eggs out of hell”.

A fight ensues over who will buy the hostage, and Jackie chases Stede out of his tavern.

Thanks to Jim for saving his life, Lucius stole his lucky marijuana from Jackie. Geraldo, Jackie’s striker, tricks Stede into boarding a Spanish navy, where he was stabbed and sentenced to death by robbery, while Jim is exposed as a woman.

Stede was about to be hanged when the ship was attacked by one of the pirates. Cut off before he is strangled to death, Stede opens his eyes to see Blackbeard standing over him.
