Acclaimed Nigerian gospel singer Bamikeoba Her Adiemi (aka 0BA) her second album AKODA, first released in 2012, is now available for download on all major digital platforms worldwide.
We are happy to announce that it is now available for streaming. The digital re-release of the decade-old project comes just weeks before her 0BA’s upcoming 50th anniversary concert and the release of her new album in December.
AKODA is her uplifting 12-song album that highlights the great power of God. This LP perfectly captures 0BA’s signature sound and distinctive vocals while delicately blending Afro’s jazz, worship music, and poetry into one of her classic works.
Track 12, “Lord I Need You,” also features a guest appearance by noted worship leader Nathaniel Bassey. 0BA, who describes himself as a highly influential expressionist, is a professional musician, singer-songwriter, recording artist, certified leadership coach, public speaker, author and music coach.
With over 20 years of musical experience, his 0BA is a voice worthy of respect. The way she speaks fluently in her native dialect and English speaks to her burning passion to use her music as a tool to bridge the divinity and humanity.
