Benny Jay Returns with New Single “Ijo Ope”
Benny Jay is back with new music!!
After a long hiatus, the talented Gospel Artist, his music is making an amazing comeback with the long-awaited new single ÏjoOpe. This is Benny Jay’s first new song in over seven years since 2015’s critically acclaimed classic and funky “My Whole Life.”
According to the Nigerian-born singer-songwriter, “Ijo Ope” was inspired by the Holy Spirit during a period of rest that turned to joy after thanking God with song and dance.
Taken from Benny’s upcoming debut EP, ‘Ijo Ope’ captures the heart of a singer who thanks God for all he’s done with his R&B-influenced Afro His Caribbean his song . It is also a testament to God’s love, goodness and faithfulness. Benny Jay is a talented singer with over 10 years of experience in the music scene as a professional backing vocalist and recording artist. “Ïjo Ope” is the first of many other singles that Minister of Music plans to release in the coming months, ahead of their debut EP later this year.
